When Summit View Properties came to Mind Expressions to brand their company they were not exactly sure what they wanted for a logo or style. After a personal meeting with the clients we had determined who their target market was, what feel the logo should give, the colors they wanted to use and how the logo was going to be used. The common goal was to create a look that gave people the feeling of construction, but also gave the feeling of "top of the mountain" quality from the work Summit View does. They also wanted the logo to be similar to others in the industry to let people know what business they were in. Mind Expressions created this logo using some of the themes the client wanted to incorporate like mountains, construction, and abstract shapes. We also designed the logo around the chosen font by taking the thin and thick lines of the font and incorporating these elements into the symbol. The clients were very pleased with this logo and have been told many times people recognized the logo and knew who the company was.
